Job Responsibilities:
1. Conducting fire performance test, mechanical testing on valves, fittings, pipes, actuators, nozzles.
2. Conditioning of materials into cold room and furnace room
3. Analyzing test results, interpreting data, and generating reports that document fire performance characteristics.
4. Assisting with the maintenance and verification of instruments and apparatus, including calibration and minor repairs.
5. Ensuring compliance with relevant company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), industry standards (e.g., UL, FM, SIRIM, TPED, PED, DOT, ASME, and other international/local certification), and safety regulations.
6. Participating in quality control procedures, including recording and filing equipment records.
Requirements
1. A diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years working in a lab environment.
3. Strong attention to detail in testing, analysis, and documentation.
4. Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues with fire safety products and suggest improvements.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills for preparing reports and collaborating with various teams.
6. Knowledge of safety procedures in a laboratory and fire safety environments.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
