Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a sales team of 5 to 7 members to meet sales targets and company objectives.
- Inspire, guide, and support the team to maintain high motivation and performance levels.
- Track and evaluate sales results, ensuring consistent achievement of goals.
- Promote and sell the company’s financial products to customers.
- Assist both Sales Advisors and walk-in clients with inquiries and product offerings.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers to enhance overall satisfaction, both internally and externally.
- Ensure accurate and complete loan application submissions and documentation for approval processes.
- Represent the company during weekend roadshows and conduct on-site customer visits.
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant sales experience.
- Strong leadership abilities with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach.
- Skilled in fostering team collaboration and steering group efforts toward sales achievements.
- Must own reliable transportation.
- Open to travel across Penang, Prai, and Kulim as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
