Sales & Operation Executive
· Education Level: SPM and above
· Years of Experience Required: Minimum 1 years and above
· Specific Skills / Certifications Required: Basic knowledge of sales, scheduling, and inspection.
· Languages Required: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is an advantage
· Preferred Industry Background: Service industry operations (preferably cleaning, facilities, or hospitality)
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Management
- Supervise a team of professional cleaners to ensure quality service delivery.
- Arrange and update cleaners’ daily and weekly work schedules.
- Coordinate with drivers for cleaner and tool transportation.
2. Quality & Operations Oversight
- Conduct regular site inspections for service quality and tool conditions.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of cleaning tools and supplies.
- Update and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
3. Sales & Client Servicing
- Attend site visits, perform inspections, and prepare service quotations.
- Meet and communicate with potential and existing clients.
- Close sales and upsell services when opportunities arise.
- Follow up on job completion and client satisfaction.
4 . Finance Coordination
- Collect payments from clients when needed and report to accounts team.
- Ensure all payment details are shared with the accounts department promptly.
5.Recruitment & Training
- Participate in interviews for new cleaning staff.
- Provide onboarding training to new hires on cleaning procedures and company expectations.
- Work with HR to identify training needs and improvement areas.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
