Administrative Assistant
1- Ensure a high level of office administration by raising, batching and dispatching relevant invoices, documents and reports appropriately.
2- Raise local Purchase Order for all sublet jobs.
3- Process local creditors’ invoices and other invoices.
4- Timely closing and dispatching of all warranty claims and technical reports.
5- Administer the petty cash float and prepare a weekly summary for reimbursement.
6- Prepare End of the Month Report.
7- Achieve maximization of the Service Centre’s profitability and maintain an effective expenditure control.
8- Administer the ordering and usage of all numbered documents and office stationery.
9- Undertake prudent spending on controllable expenses, such as telephone, fax, electricity, stationery etc.
10- Responsible for timely collection from cash and credit customers, as per the company policy and guidelines.
11- Follow up calls to overdue credit customers.
12- Constant monitoring and updating of Aged Trial Balance to ensure prompt payment.
13- Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superiors when required.
14- Actively attend customer at reception, answer & handle daily phone calls for service appointments, inquiries & customer concerns.
15- To conduct daily service reminder calls to schedule & maximise daily service appointment loading.
Job Requirements:
1- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Admin/Office OR equivalent with Automotive related experience.
2- At least two (2) years of working experience in admins.
3- Must be hands on, details oriented and dedicated.
4- Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.
5- Ability to interact with all levels of people to address arising issues.
6- Responsible, meticulous and possess a good working attitude.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
