Requirements

  • Can speak in English and Mandarin.
  • Minimum SPM level.
  • Fresh graduates and applicants without experience are encouraged to apply as full training will be provide.
  • Good communication skills with all levels.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint,Excel,Outlook).
  • Able to work in team.
  • Willing to learn.

Responsibility

  • Computer literate - Microsoft Office (Word,Excel,PowerPoint,Outlook)
  • Promotion setting in our ERP System.
  • Issue Purchases Order to supplier.
  • Create new product code in ERP system.
  • Update selling prices in ERP System as per instruction from superior.
  • Assist re-ordering system to outlet.
  • Assist to check all the discrepancy sales and report to superior.
  • Assist to generate some reports.
  • Any other duties that assigned by superior from time to time.
  • Working Hours Mon to Friday 9.00am ~ 6.15pm.
