Who are we looking for?
- The ideal candidate will possess 2 – 4 years of experience in Learning & Development and Recruitment. A basic understanding of payroll operations will be an added advantage.
- A Diploma/ Professional Degree in Human Resource Management/Business.
- If have cert as train the trainer will be added advantage, we need someone who is presentable, willing to speak in front of the staff with confidence. Have experience in handling staff program or events.
-General knowledge in Payroll
Key Responsibilities :
- Training & Development. Organize and coordinate onboarding and training programs for new and existing agents to improve performance and compliance.
- Performance Tracking. Monitor agent training progress and maintain accurate records of certifications, licenses, and development milestones.
- Event & Campaign Support. Assist in planning recruitment drives, career talks, training workshops, and internal development programs, Involve in ISO for training.
