We’re seeking a highly motivated and analytical Employee Platforms People Analytics Associate to join our Employee Platforms team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Workday methodology and report configuration, data analysis, human resources, and a passion for leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making. This role will focus on managing the Workday reporting and dashboard configuration, adapting and updating it based on business needs & priorities. You will be able to communicate updates to the team and internal customers and make sure the additionsor changes to reports is carefully documented and maintained. You’ll play a vital role in supporting data-driven decision-making and providing valuable insights to our customers including the Employee Success (HR) function and Finance team. Day-to-day, you will: • Create and update Workday reports & dashboards, in line with our immediate and long term priorities. Collaborate within Employee Platforms and with internal customers to deliver requirements and communicate updates effectively • Partner with cross-functional teams across the business to understand nuances in the data lineage and ensure data accuracy • Confidently demonstrate reports or dashboards to various audiences for review and feedback • Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and insights related to HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) • Using data visualization tools, share data in an easy-to-comprehend fashion • Conduct statistical analyses and predictive modelling to support HR initiatives and identify potential risks or opportunities to enable strategic decision making • Enjoy problem solving and responding to queries effectively • Navigate complex data sources and systems, assessing requirements by applying creative problem-solving skills and proactively suggesting better ways to achieve goals • Support the Employee Success team by identifying opportunities to improve data quality or process issues to support better outcomes. • Provide regular reporting, in-depth analysis and insights to support business reviews, deep dives or ad-hoc as required. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Experience in people data analytics preferably in a Workday or SaaS environment • Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset with ability to interpret, manipulate or build data models quickly and effectively • Understand the interaction between data architecture / business processes to troubleshoot analytics inaccuracies and inconsistencies • Ability to work with complex data sources, identify connections and issues with data flow, and be proactive in exploring and navigating between different sources • Attention to detail and curiosity to investigate further when a report doesn’t look right • Strong understanding of the HR landscape with a general understanding of key HR topics • Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders • Ability to thrive in a high growth, fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently with strong prioritization abilities • Ability to work independently and deal with ambiguity in international environments • A team player who is resourceful, meticulous and able to multitask.
