Product Specialist
Job Description
- To master and specialise in the product related (mobile app/web app) that has been assigned by Management Team
- Focal person to be responsible to lead, manage and answer all product related (mobile app/web app) queries internally and externally
- Ensure all product related information to be documented systematically for internal and external use
- To lead for internal user testing with the team members related to project
- Performing product demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor all aspects of a product lifestyle, including their long- and short-term development and marketing
- Execute a technical support plan to meet project/business objectives and strategic plan
- Managing the launch and training of the product assigned by Management Team
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Extensive experience in retail, sales, or customer service would be advantageous
- Ability to memorize details like product specifications and functions
- Articulate and able to perform demonstrations that engage and inspire.
- Deadline driven, superb verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
