Job description
・ Develop initial design ideas and acquiring key information on potential projects
・ Develop high quality conceptual design (hotels, commercial, corporate and residential)
・ Coordinate and liaise with other professionals such as architects, clients, consultants, contractors, vendors etc. to ensure each project’s success
・ Discuss requirements in detail with clients; prepare detailed design drawings, design documents and materials; and set project schedules
・ Monitor and inspect assigned project sites occasionally to ensure the design construction are in accordance with the designs / plans
・ Prepare technical and drawings efficiently with minimum supervision
・ Brainstorm concepts and solutions based on creative directions
・ Support the design team with creation, details and design solutions
・ Has experience in rendering works
Requirements
· Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in the interior design field (commercial/residential or high-rise projects)
· Software skills in AutoCAD, Photoshop and other design software
· Well-versed in interior detailing and other interior finishing details
· Good communicator, in presentation and interpersonal skills – written and oral
· Possess creativity and alternative thinking to develop new ideas
· Skillful in interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of equipment, furnishings, lightings and color coordination
· Meticulous, organized, self-motivated and work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM3,200.00 per month
