Job Description:
- To provide assistance to the chef in running a kitchen.
- To assist 1st chef to overlook for clubhouse food hygiene SOP and clubhouse rules and regulation.
- To assist 1st chef to supervise kitchen team, develop meals and food quality training, inventory and grocery ordering, safety and team working.
- To ensure consistency and the quality of food served in the kitchen.
- To undertake other job assigned by superior from time to time.
- Able to work on PH, split shift and overtime.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
