Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development and Client Management Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our market presence, nurturing client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, industry research and prospecting.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.

Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Understand client objectives and provide tailored retail solutions to meet their needs.
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

Strategic Planning:

  • Work with senior management to develop and execute business plans.
  • Analyze data and market trends to refine strategies.
  • Identify potential partnerships and negotiate contracts to maximize business opportunities.
  • Collaborate on the development of new services and solutions based on market trends and client demands.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Monitor and report on sales and account performance metrics.
  • Prepare proposals, budgets, and contracts in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Analyze client performance data and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales or client management, preferably in FMCG sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
