- Prepare DO,Invoices,Quotations.
- Profesionally manage phone calls,chats and email communication.
- To attend insurance/license matters for the Company.
- Responsible for stationary/pantry item purchases and control.
- Ensure proper maintenance of all Company's equipment and assets
Job Requirements:
- SPM/Fresh Grade and Experience in Administration
- Good in communication & follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel)
- Knowing SQL system and ISO Documentation
