Job Description:

  • Prepare DO,Invoices,Quotations.
  • Profesionally manage phone calls,chats and email communication.
  • To attend insurance/license matters for the Company.
  • Responsible for stationary/pantry item purchases and control.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of all Company's equipment and assets

Job Requirements:

  • SPM/Fresh Grade and Experience in Administration
  • Good in communication & follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel)
  • Knowing SQL system and ISO Documentation
