  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Prepare documentation (functional specs, user manuals).
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Support end-user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Maintain business knowledge repositories and train new team members.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for development.
  • Use Jira for task tracking, sprint planning, and backlog management.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology or IT equivalent.
  • Experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in application development.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Mandarin language proficiency is required for communication with stakeholders.
  • 2 new permanent vacancies based in Puchong.
