  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and process online orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Update stock levels, coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to track products and availability.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues related to orders, returns, and delivery.
  • Support maintenance of online store (product listings, prices, promotions).
  • Coordinate with delivery partners and ensure smooth shipping processes.
  • Prepare reports on sales, stock movement, order fulfillment, and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with marketing, warehouse, and customer service teams.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tiktok Shop, Shopify, etc.)
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic Excel and reporting knowledge.
  • Bonus: Experience in fashion or retail industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
