
Sales and Marketing Executive - Ulu Tiram, JB Area
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides excellent services and establish long term business relationships with existing customers;
Ensure close follow-up with customers to close the sales deal;
Provide support and after-sales service to customers, including problem solution, provide advice / consultancy, attend enquiries, complaints and order by regular visits to maintain a good relationship;
Assist and follow-up payment collection;
Prepare action plans for effective search of new and prospects customers;
To conduct effective presentation, work out the best proposal and negotiate pricing with customers;
To assist in planning of sales strategy to achieve the annual business plan;
Identified new markets and business opportunities;
Perform site office/visit on assigned basic of needed;
Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by Management;
REQUIREMENTS:
Education requirement is at least Diploma and above.
Minimum experience must be above 2 years in sales industry.
Sales driven and customer oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills;
Applicants must be willing to travel outstation/ Frequent travelling is required;
