Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 0-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Mayang,Petaling Jaya.
- Applicants must have own transport for work travels.
- Preferably junior entries specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

Job Descriptions
*We are looking for recruits in multiple discipline*
1. Payroll
- Process monthly payroll timely and accurately.
- Produce the necessary monthly payroll report and reconciliation.
- Manage & update the staff leaves and medical slip records.
- Ensure payroll profess are compliance to the statutory requirements and submission datelines are in practice.
- Responsible in the management of Group Personal Accident (GPA) and Hospitalization & Surgical (H&S) benefits.
- Ensure employee welfare and benefits are administered in accordance with the terms and conditions of employment.
- Ensure accuracy of foreign workers agent’s invoice payment
- Prepare pay slips for all employees.
2. Employee/ Industrial Relations
- Responsible to execute and coordinate staff recruitment activities and selection process including sourcing, pre-screening, short listing of candidates and interviewing.
- Responsible to receive job applications and record all employees’ information in the HR database accurately.
- Accountable to draft and post vacancy advertisements within timeline given.
- Liable to participate in career fairs, coordinate with various recruitment channels and build rapport with colleges/universities for talent sourcing purposes
- Assist in handling employee relation issues which include show cause, domestic inquiry, employee counseling and misconduct investigation.
- Counsel, educate, and train employees on disciplinary matters
- Assist in investigations on disciplinary issues and facilitate follow-up actions.
- Assist in investigate grievances or complaints from employees
- Draft official letters, such as for show cause, suspension, charge pending Domestic Inquiry, termination etc.
- Ensuring all Domestic Inquiry (DI) proceedings are in accordance with the rules of natural justice.
3. Foreign Worker Management
- Assist as company liaison with the Labor Department, third party agents or any authorized parties in regards to foreign worker management.
- Maintain monitoring of external agents and support the management of foreign worker’s welfare.
- Assist in managing foreign worker grievances and liaise with the relevant parties on the issue that was brought up.
- Assist to conduct ‘spot-check’ and routine visit to work site and workers’ hostel as and when required.
- Responsible to conduct orientation for new foreign workers.
- Accountable for maintenance and safekeeping of complete and updated foreign worker database.
- Responsible to ensure audit requirements for documentation pertaining the foreign workers and the hostels are safe and retrievable.
- Assist in application of work permit, registration, passport/work permit renewal and other related issues.
- Coordinate and monitor repatriation matter.
