  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Ensure quality of all products that are produced, received and delivered comply with quality control standards, sanitation, and food safety requirements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
  • To assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels.
  • To analyze and investigate product / customer complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
  • To develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints
  • To provide training and support to quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes
  • To conduct internal departmental audit quarterly as per defined guidelines.
  • To prepare, input and submit document data summary, raw material & packaging material specification updates, Customer Questionnaire and more.
  • To ensure all latest controlled and approved documents are kept in good order and uploaded to the shared folder from time to time.
  • To undertakes other responsibilities as and when assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,817.61 - RM2,500.00 per month
