Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Seri Kembangan. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, overseeing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring effective human resource management. Daily tasks will include recruitment, employee onboarding, policy development, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
  • Proficiency in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
  • Strong Employee Relations skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the EV industry is a plus
