What you'll be doing
- Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures for hotel guests
- Answering inquiries and providing information to guests about the hotel's facilities and services
- Handling guest requests and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Supporting the front office team with administrative tasks as needed
- Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your knowledge and skills
- Involve in set-up new hotel/homestay unit
- Learn how to manage online booking platform such as Agoda/Booking.com
- Involve in photos shooting and video maker
- Hospitality & Business Admin student are welcome

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
