Location: Petaling Jaya (PJ)
Salary: RM2,500/month
-Investigate and act on violations of the company's community and service guidelines by drivers and passengers.
-Dive deep into complaint cases to uncover root causes and recommend preventive measures for long-term improvement.
-Handle complaints received via various channels and ensure prompt, effective resolutions.
-Maintain empathetic and professional communication with all complainants, keeping them informed throughout the process.
-Deliver clear and insightful reports on complaint trends, actions taken, and improvements needed to help shape company's strategic direction.
-Excellent problem-solver with strong analytical skills
-Empathetic communicator with great attention to detail
-Committed to fairness, transparency, and accountability
-Able to work weekends and public holidays (no shifts)
