Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Assistant Housekeeper with a strong background in Microsoft Excel and numerical reporting. This role combines operational support with advanced reporting, computer proficiency, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have excellent mathematical skills, the ability to create accurate departmental reports, and lead a strong training initiatives to maintain top-tier housekeeping standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily supervision of housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate Excel-based reports on room status, inventory usage, staff performance, and productivity.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts) for data tracking and operational reporting.
  • Conduct training sessions for housekeeping team members on procedures, standards, and software tools.
  • Monitor departmental KPIs and support continuous improvement through data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior housekeeping leadership and other departments to streamline workflows.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer-based reporting.
  • Exceptional numerical and mathematical skills for data analysis and reporting accuracy.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team training and development.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel operations is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
