  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:
A well-established fashion brand in Singapore is looking for a passionate and driven individual to join their team as a Store Manager Trainee. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in retail management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in daily operations such as store opening/closing, cashier system handling, inventory management, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate product recommendations.
  • Help lead and support the store team by assigning tasks, monitoring staff performance, and assisting in training new employees.
  • Monitor stock levels, assist with restocking, conduct inventory checks, and ensure accurate stock records.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder OR minimum 1 year of fashion retail management experience
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
  • Physically fit – able to handle carton lifting and store operations
  • Strong initiative, willing to learn, and adaptable to change
  • Proficient in English communication
