Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team in Malaysia as a Data Processing Analyst. In this role, you will play a critical part in postprocessing drone-captured data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in results, and supporting QE-Labs’ innovative solutions. You will undergo comprehensive training in Singapore to gain proficiency in using our proprietary software and workflows, enabling you to contribute effectively to the operation center in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Processing: Clean, organize, and verify drone-captured data, including engineering drawings, visible mapping, and electroluminescence (EL) images, using proprietary software.
  • Data Alignment: Align engineering drawings, visible mapping, and thermal mapping tiles on georeferenced maps for precise analysis.
  • Feature Annotation: Assist in automatic PV module detection and defect annotation, contributing to AI model training and improvement.
  • Measurement Plans: Create and verify measurement plans for drone inspections and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data usability.
  • Report Preparation: Generate and deliver final reports to clients.
  • Workflow Optimization: Provide feedback and suggest improvements for existing workflows and software to enhance data processing efficiency.
  • Training Commitment: Travel to Singapore for initial training to gain hands-on experience with QE-Labs’ tools, workflows, and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications; experience with data processing or GIS software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Flexibility to travel to Singapore for training during the onboarding phase.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
