  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and hands-on Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure production or departmental goals are met effectively and safely. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and prior experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of assigned team members.
  • Ensure production or operational targets are met within quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor workflow, resolve issues, and report any process bottlenecks.
  • Train and guide employees on work processes and company policies.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
  • Maintain accurate production records and submit reports to management.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Maintenance, QA, Logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or related industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
  • Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, or other lean manufacturing practices is an advantage.
  • Willing to work shifts if required.
