  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

1. Manage effectively a team of Assistant Quantity Surveyors and ensure the development of the team is of high integrity and quality.

2. Direct and control a team of Assistant Quantity Surveyor activities includes coordination of all quotation work and material, stock management, certification of quality of materials used, and ensuring timely and accurate progress payments.

3. Monitor the Area offices to ensure that the preparation, submission, and negotiation of progress payment claims, variation order claims and, final account claims.

4. Liaise and advise Area Managers on contractual matters that have cost implications to the projects.

5. Establish and maintain rapport with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers to enable an effectively contributing role in the preparation of sub-contractors / suppliers agreement.

Salary: RM2,600.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
