Material Administrator

Project Name: Jetty Expansion Steel Structure of ZLNG Project

Oil and Gas industrial Park

Sipitang Sabah

Installation of Steel Structure Pipe gallery

Salary Range RM4000 -6000

The programme includes accommodation (double room motel), meals are not included,

a commuter vehicle is available;

Working week is six days (Monday-Saturday, Sundays and public holidays off)

Overtime will be subsidised

Material Management

Responsible for receiving and inspecting all materials provided by Party A to ensure their quantity, specifications and quality meet contract requirements

Register all materials upon receipt and establish a material inventory including information such as material name, specifications, quantity and storage location

manage the issuance registration of material and record information such as the recipient, issuance time and purpose

Conduct regular material inventory checks to ensure that the quantity of materials matches the inventory records

Machinery Management

Register all machinery at the site, including equipment name, model, manufacturer, purchase date and usage status

Monitor the daily use of mechanical equipment, promptly identify and address equipment failures to ensure construction safety

Safety Management

Comply with and enforce Malaysian engineering management requirements and related safety regulations to ensure the safe management of materials and mechanical equipment

regularly organize safety inspections of materials and mechanical equipment to promptly identify and address potential safety hazards

Documentation Management

Maintain relevant documents for materials and mechanical equipment , including acceptance reports , warehouse receipts, issuance forms, maintenance records, repair records etc

Job Requirements

have at least 1 year of experience in managing materials or mechanical equipment for engineering projects especially in large scale infrastructure construction or oil and gas industry projects

Experience in LNG facilities or similar complex steel structure installation projects preferred

Be proficient in the relevant processes and standards for materials management and mechanical equipment management. Posses good organizational and coordination skills to handle issues related to materials and mechanical managements

Be attentive to detail with good foresight and decision-making abilities. Have excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate with multiple parties and ensure the smooth progress of materials and mechanical management

Proficient in verbal and written skills in Mandarin

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
