  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedeCommerce Operations Internto support our Product and Account Operations team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn about online product management, promotional campaign coordination, and platform data maintenance. You’ll be working alongside experienced team members and gain real exposure to the behind-the-scenes operations of a growing eCommerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management Support:

  • Assist in uploading and maintaining product SKUs and pricing information in the system.
  • Help ensure product listings are accurate and visually appealing (images, descriptions, categories).
  • Monitor stock status and assist with updates on the Krisshop platform.
  • Support the listing and removal of products under guidance from the team.

Promotion and Campaign Assistance:

  • Help set up basic promotional campaigns and permanent price changes under supervision.
  • Assist in checking promotional listings for accuracy during campaigns.
  • Help prepare and organize campaign rebate reports for internal tracking and finance use.

Quality & Data Accuracy Checks:

  • Conduct routine checks to spot errors or inconsistencies in product listings.
  • Assist in resolving basic discrepancies with guidance from team members.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in E-Marketing, E-Commerce, International Business, or a related field.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
  • Interest in eCommerce, digital platforms, or product management.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Able to manage tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Bonus if you have:

  • Exposure to systems like Microsoft D365, Adobe tools, or any product information management (PIM) system.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
