I’m seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Manager on behalf of a well-established international footwear and fashion retailer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and elevating the performance of multiple retail outlets across the region.

This role is ideal for a strong retail leader who thrives in a structured environment and brings a passion for operational excellence, team development, and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage 10 or more retail outlets across assigned regions.
  • Drive and monitor retail KPIs including ATV, UPT, ASP, Footfall, and Conversion Rate.
  • Lead the team to achieve sales targets, optimize store operations, and ensure consistent SOP compliance.
  • Implement strategies to improve profit and loss performance, manage store expenses, and reduce stock loss.
  • Support new store openings and drive operational excellence across all locations.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and development for Store Managers and their teams.
  • Analyze business performance and apply data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on merchandising, marketing, and inventory planning.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 8–12 years of experience in the retail industry, including fashion, lifestyle, or footwear sectors.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in an Area Manager/District Manager role within a structured retail environment.
  • Proven success in managing multi-store operations (10+ outlets).
  • Deep understanding of retail performance metrics (ATV, UPT, Conversion, ASP, Footfall).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make fast, sound decisions.
  • High sense of ownership and execution, with a passion for retail excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
