Admin & Finance Support Executive
Key Responsibilities for Finance cum admin executive
Finance & Accounting:
- Prepare and issue invoices
- Handle payroll processing for all staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain financial records and assist in monthly reporting.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
Administrative Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks to support business operations.
- Coordinate licensing and renewal applications for the business, including preschool and education center.
- Liaise with government officers and regulatory bodies for compliance matters.
- Maintain proper documentation and records in accordance with company and legal standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the education or services industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
- Good understanding of payroll and statutory contributions.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with government officers and stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
