HR Payroll Junior Executive/ Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and processing of timely and accurate monthly payroll for all employees, including the calculation of overtime, allowances, and deductions.

- Support the submission of statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO/EIS, Income Tax (PCB), and HRD.

- Help prepare payroll-related reports, payment listings, and payroll budgets/forecasts for the Finance team.

- Check and verify monthly attendance records, leave applications, overtime submissions, and expense claims.

- Assist in handling employee documentation such as onboarding forms, resignation letters, warning letters, and other HR-related correspondences.

- Provide support in recruitment activities including posting job ads, arranging interviews, and preparing onboarding materials.

- Assist in maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and filing documents.

- Support in the administration of employee benefits, insurance, SOCSO claims, and HRD grant applications.

- Help organize staff welfare activities, employee engagement programs, and company events.

- Provide administrative support in general office and HR matters including attendance monitoring, company vehicle records, and hostel arrangements.

- Assist with monitoring of foreign worker documentation including permits, FOMEMA, insurance, and passport renewals.

- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.

- At least 1–2 years of working experience in a similar role is preferred.

- Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.

- Experience in F&B or restaurant chain industry is a plus.

- Familiarity with Timesoft Payroll system is an added advantage.

- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

- Able to work in Kepong area and possess own transport.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
