Responsibilities:
- Serve and assist customers to check and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Suggest and provide solution to customers in a professional manner.
- Set up and configure connection between computer and devices such as printers, scanners, networking components, etc.
- Provide usage guide of hardware and software to customers and colleagues.
- Perform checking on newly arrived hardware to ensure it is functioning properly.
- Respond to support requests and assist in troubleshooting any IT related problems that arise internally.
- Prepare service report and maintain customer record.
- Identify computer service components shortages and place orders when necessary.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
