  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

About the Role

As a Marketing Intern, you’ll support the planning and execution of multi channel campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and e commerce sales for one of Malaysia’s fastest growing TCM health brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital ads.
  • Content Coordination: Work with Content Creators and Videographers to ensure assets align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
  • Social Media Management: Draft captions, schedule posts, and monitor engagement metrics on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and YouTube.
  • Email Marketing: Help design and send email newsletters, segment lists, and analyze open/click rates.
  • Digital Advertising: Support setup and monitoring of paid ads on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads; track ROI and budget spend.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and trend scouting to inform strategy.
  • Reporting & Insights: Compile weekly reports on campaign performance, social metrics, and website analytics; provide actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and basic Google Analytics.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Creative problem-solver, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
