  • Assist in placing purchase orders with suppliers as required by sales demand

  • Resolve any supply issues or delays promptly
  • Documentation & Licensing
  • Prepare and issue delivery orders, invoices, and relevant sales documents
  • Ensure proper handling of licenses or certification documents required for delivery or compliance
  • Maintain organized records of all transactions and paperwork
  • Internal Communication & Support
  • Act as a liaison between the sales, warehouse, and purchasing teams
  • Keep the sales team updated on order status, stock availability, and lead times
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Customer Service
  • Assist with customer inquiries related to order status, delivery, or product information
  • Ensure professional communication and follow-up on customer needsV

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,772.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
