- Accurately input and process sales orders in a timely manner
- Ensure all order details (product specs, quantities, delivery dates) are correct
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to schedule delivery
- Urgent/Rushing Orders
- Prioritize and expedite rush orders as requested by the sales team
- Communicate clearly with internal teams to meet tight deadlines
- Proactively follow up to ensure on-time delivery
- Purchasing Coordination
- Assist in placing purchase orders with suppliers as required by sales demand
- Monitor order status and update relevant teams on delivery timelines
- Resolve any supply issues or delays promptly
- Documentation & Licensing
- Prepare and issue delivery orders, invoices, and relevant sales documents
- Ensure proper handling of licenses or certification documents required for delivery or compliance
- Maintain organized records of all transactions and paperwork
- Internal Communication & Support
- Act as a liaison between the sales, warehouse, and purchasing teams
- Keep the sales team updated on order status, stock availability, and lead times
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Customer Service
- Assist with customer inquiries related to order status, delivery, or product information
- Ensure professional communication and follow-up on customer needsV
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,772.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
