Main Responsibilities:
- Check the store or warehouse or system to confirm if materials needed for the project are available.
- Inform the PMC Officer about the availability or shortage of materials.
- Help update material status in simple forms or spreadsheets.
- Assist in following up with the store team about material requests.
- Keep basic records of material checks and updates.
- Coordinate with store, planning, and production teams as needed.
- Other related duties may be assigned from time to time as per project needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: SPM
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel or simple data entry).
- Able to read item names, codes, and match with material request sheets.
- Good communication and willingness to work with different teams.
- Honest, responsible, and willing to learn on the job.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,750.00 per month
