  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Check the store or warehouse or system to confirm if materials needed for the project are available.
  • Inform the PMC Officer about the availability or shortage of materials.
  • Help update material status in simple forms or spreadsheets.
  • Assist in following up with the store team about material requests.
  • Keep basic records of material checks and updates.
  • Coordinate with store, planning, and production teams as needed.
  • Other related duties may be assigned from time to time as per project needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: SPM
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel or simple data entry).
  • Able to read item names, codes, and match with material request sheets.
  • Good communication and willingness to work with different teams.
  • Honest, responsible, and willing to learn on the job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,750.00 per month
