Technical Support Technician
Responsibilities of the Role:-
- Acquire technical knowledge on product applications
- Diagnose, trouble shooting and resolve technical hardware and software problems
- Effectively answer, prioritize and escalate customer technical issues.
- Work closely with Sales team on customer feedback
- Provide onsite support.
Requirements:-
- Minimum Diploma in software engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar field.
- 1-2 years’ experience is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong vocational/hands on electrical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Aggressive and hardworking. Candidate must be a fast learner and can carry out instructions quickly.
- Required Language(s): English
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel
