  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BOILERMAN SPECIALIST

1. Responsible for daily maintenance and efficient running of the machine and to execute inspection on all designated machine to ensure the machinery is in good running order;

2. Responsible for the chemical pre-treatment for boiler in feed water and daily operation of steam, hot water, fuel, LPG supply and waste water outgoing to WWTP;

3. Assist superior to organize work and manage work team;

4. Contribute to achievement of business result;

5. Ensure high motivation and professional satisfaction of team members, good communication and information provided, continuous improvement in service effectiveness and efficiency;

6. Maintain daily up-to-date record for management evaluation and information purpose by collecting or loading data for information into designated log sheet;

7. Conduct the trouble shooting and activity on designated problem machine and rectify such problem;

8. Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance job to minimize downtime and saving energy;

9. Accountable for achieving department financial budgets and work programmed in relation to cost control and cost savings on maintenance and repairs, inventory and stock management as well as minimize machine downtime;

10. To analyse the cause of machine downtime and take corrective action to reduce it.

11. Provide assistant to the production and maintenance team in other support the plant with co-related to boiler activity.

12. Support and assist Facility Manager or Superior;

a. in say-to-day operation activities

b. accompany relevant authorities during official inspection of equipment

c. maintaining the 5’s in the boiler areas

d. contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

e. carry out any other task that assigned from the superior time to time

13. To take ownership and responsibility for food safety and its non-compliance challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
