  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scope:

  • Operate thermoforming machines or magnum press in according to production procedures and work instruction (WI).
  • Maintain daily output and quality to meet production schedule and product specification.
  • Control and monitor machine condition such as reject, material yield to minimize machines downtime.
  • Perform complete tool set-up, check and clean machine by weekly.
  • Maintain accurate operation data e.g. carton count update, material usage in The Enterprise System (TES).
  • Maintain records of Machine Control Plan (MCP), QS infinity, Sorting Cards, etc.
  • Feedback quality findings and recommend improvement action as needed.
  • Handling loose / on-hold carton and pallet with by remark the label.
  • By performing sorting activity, identify and dispose non-conforming products accordingly.
  • Train the subordinates on the subject of work instruction, procedures, TES Manufacturing module, 5S etc.
  • Maintain good 5S practices, cleanliness requirement at workplace.
  • To raise Engineering Concession (EC) or Permanent Change (CP) during High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) when required.
  • Support preventive maintenance activities when required.
  • To in-charge of medical line should be certified and trained for medical product knowledge such as bioburden, blood handling, traceability, etc.
  • Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.

  • 1-2 years working experiences in related field.
  • Able to work independently with outgoing personality.
  • Good communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay
