Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Monitor and ensure all facilities at landside are in order and also to ensure airport users have convenient access to and from KLIA


ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS


  • Assist Executive in preparing operations monthly reports and statistics for Landside Operations.
  • Assist Executive to formulate operational and emergency procedure for Landside Operations.
  • Prepare reports to Management on the operational status of Landside issues and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure relevant checklists are filled and properly filed.
  • To maintain coordination and cooperation with AOCC.
  • To ensure landside infrastructures and facilities are in good order and serviceable at all times.
  • To ensure public transport operations comply with the regulations and standard operations set by the authorities.
  • Maintain a good rapport and liaison with internal and external parties such as regulatory bodies and government agencies to ensure operational policies comply with their requirement

  • Good management and coordination skills

Relevant Industries

  • Diploma holder with minimum of 3 years working experience.

Education

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum CGPA 2.8
