  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experience Plant Manager to join our team.

  • Lead and oversee operations
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Set and meet Goal & Objective and KPI
  • Oversee departments in Production, Quality Control, Warehouse, Logistics and Inventory
  • Review and observe data to reduce inefficiencies and waste
  • Perform routine safety and health checks in factory and equipments
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
  • Monitor capacity vs demand, plan manpower and equipment resources
  • Lead production team to implement production line and work-station for workers to enhance their skills and groom them as successors
  • Feedback with Management team on daily and weekly updates
  • Ensure consistent on-time delivery and zero quality issues to customers
  • Chair daily/weekly/monthly meetings with cross functional team members
  • Financial acumen understanding the operations impact

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management
  • Bachelor's degree in business, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in SQL and other related software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Semenyih: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
