Job Title: Senior Channel Sales Manager, ASEAN

Job Description: The Senior Channel Sales Manager is part of the Alliances and Channels Team for ASEAN and reports to the Senior Director, Channel Sales Director ASEAN. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Channel Sales Manager to lead and grow our channel strategy across the Gaming and Entertainment industry in the ASEAN region. This role will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, driving revenue through channel partners, and expanding our footprint in a rapidly evolving and high-growth sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute the channel sales strategy tailored to the Gaming and Entertainment sector across ASEAN.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard key regional partners (distributors, resellers, ISVs, MSPs) aligned with business goals.
  • Define clear KPIs and performance plans for channel partners.
  • Identify partners who have their own Cloud Managed Services managing customers’ cloud environments and bring them into the Oracle partner ecosystem


Partner Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the gaming ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with partners on joint go-to-market plans, co-selling strategies, and demand generation initiatives.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide ongoing enablement, training, and support


Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth:

  • Own the sales target for the Gaming & Entertainment vertical through channel routes in ASEAN.
  • Drive net consumption growth in the assigned territory in ASEAN
  • Drive pipeline development and acceleration through partner-led and influenced opportunities.
  • Forecast, report, and manage sales performance across the region


Market Development:

  • Stay current with gaming and entertainment trends, technologies, and competitive landscape in ASEAN.
  • Identify new opportunities for market penetration and strategic partnerships.
  • Represent the company at industry events, partner summits, and trade shows


Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work with assigned TCE resource(s), OCI Product Management (PM) and Business Development (BD) teams to provide support for these partners to skill up on OCI and to develop a successful OCI practice.
  • Work closely with internal teams including legal, and operations to support channel success.
  • Provide partner and market feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.


Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably with exposure to the gaming, entertainment, or tech industries.
  • Strong knowledge of the ASEAN market landscape, partner ecosystem, and cultural nuances.
  • Strong Cloud sales and/or technical knowledge is necessary.
  • Prior networking and hardware experience are desirable.
  • Proven track record of managing regional channels and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly and good problem-solving skills are required
  • Ability to work independently with strong ownership and good track record of delivering results
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across the ASEAN region
