Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales department and assisting in the execution of sales strategies. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Job Descriptions:
· Understand company products and brands and support direct report to sale manager in developing new product listings, sales channel strategies and operational plans
· Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales representatives
· Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
· Handle processing of all sales order with accuracy and timeliness
· Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
· Provide administrative support to the sales team, including filing, copying, and organizing documents
Job Requirements:
· SPM/Diploma/Degree in related job field
· Has similar work experience will be an advantage
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
· Required skills: Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel & sales application
· Has excellent communication skills
· Preferably Mandarin Speaker (assist to handle chinese/mandarin documents)
Work Arrangement: On site.
Working Hours:
8.30 am to 5.30 am (Monday to Friday)
8.30 am to 12.00 pm (Alternate Saturday)
