Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Petaling Jaya for a Sales Account Executive. The individual will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, and building relationships. Key tasks include customer service, effective communication, and maintaining existing client relationships. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities and working closely with other teams to meet sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Lead Generation and Account Management
- Excellent Communication and Relationship Building skills
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Proven ability to identify new business opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in Sales or Account Management is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
