Job Description

In your new role you will:

  • Driving of weekly Production Program (PP) capacity/demand confirmation with the BE Sites and Business Divisions. Follow up and close open topics related to capacity and demand commits.
  • Involves implementation of processes, monitoring of KPIs, and implementation of changes to enhance efficiency within Production Planning horizon.
  • Cluster wide alignment and optimization of capacities.
  • Collaborate & share expertise of business frameworks or solutions across BE Sites.
  • Develop and document BE wide planning processes and work methods.
  • Drive projects for standardization in planning process/procedures.
  • Monitor and manage relevant reports according to the related Business cycle
  • Manage relevant stability indicators for BE Production Planning
  • Partner in monthly/quarterly capacity confirmation process with BE Sites and Business Divisions

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Bachelor Degree of Business Administration / Manufacturing Engineering /Economics / Industrial Engineering / Information Technology or any equivalent course.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
  • Good knowledge in planning for manufacturing processes
  • Good knowledge of Infineon Supply Chain systems and tools.
  • Knowledge in Production Planning.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, able to anticipate issues, challenges as well as resolving them quickly.
  • Strong behavior to strive for excellence and excellent attitude to team up for best results.
