As a Student Support & Admin Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting both students and parents throughout their learning journey. This role combines educational guidance, progress tracking, and administrative coordination to ensure the best outcomes for our learners.

Key Responsibilities

Parent Communication

  • Provide timely updates on students’ academic progress
  • Address inquiries and explain our educational approach and learning plans

Student Guidance

  • Assist in crafting personalized learning pathways
  • Support students with academic inquiries and provide extra help in areas of need

Learning Progress Tracking

  • Monitor performance, share feedback, and encourage students to stay motivated
  • Suggest improvements to enhance learning outcomes

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Coordinate with teams to ensure student engagement and attendance
  • Contribute to reducing refund rates and promoting class renewals and referrals

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or higher; Bachelor's degree preferred in Education, TESOL, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Educational Psychology, Child Development, or related field with applicable teaching certifications.
  • Prior experience in online education, customer service, or children's education is an advantage.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin, with proficiency in English for effective communication.
