About the Role

We’re looking for a Video Content Creator who knows how to plan, shoot, and edit videos that actually perform. Not just aesthetic. Not just vibes. Content that converts — for a real brand with real clients and real results.

This is a full-time role with structure, direction, and clear expectations. You’ll be creating content for Bare Skin Facial + Laser Bar — a fast-growing skincare brand that’s bold, clean, and trusted for delivering results without fluff.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan monthly content calendars (with direction from the founder/marketing team)
  • Pitch content ideas with references, captions, and hooks
  • Stay on top of trends and adapt them to our brand tone
  • Shoot videos in our outlets and office
  • Handle all camera setup, lighting, and sound
  • Edit using CapCut or Adobe Premiere for Instagram Reels & TikTok
  • Deliver final, polished cuts — not drafts

Who You Need to Be

  • Someone who thinks before filming
  • Obsessed with scroll-stopping short-form content
  • Has strong aesthetic awareness but understands performance
  • Can shoot on-site and work with real people (not models)
  • Knows how to work fast, without constant reminders
  • Has basic gear handling experience (lighting, mic, angles)
  • Understands the difference between what looks good and what sells
