Position Responsibilities
- Operate and oversee the Supply Chain Control Tower to ensure proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and operational visibility across inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and resolution of operational issues.
- Measure and report on KPIs including distribution cost, order fulfillment accuracy and project milestone achievements.
- Lead and manage cross-functional supply chain projects focused on process improvements, efficiency gains, and cost optimization.
- Plan and implement supply chain strategies and improvement plans aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain structured documentation and records for all initiatives and process changes in the system.
- Represent Supply Chain department in all tasks related to supply chain projects, logistics, and fulfillment.
- Lead continuous improvement workshops and support strategic planning initiatives.
- Empowered to propose and implement routing and operational decisions that support optimized distribution and real-time issue resolution.
Qualification & Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in business, supply chain management, or related field.
- Min 5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, with at least 2–3 years in project management
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain operations, including planning, sourcing, logistics, and distribution.
- Proven track record in leading process improvement initiatives across functions.
- Hands-on experience with supply chain systems, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of the team.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using Excel, Power BI and ERP/WMS systems.
- Knowledge of supply planning or inventory management process.
- Strong communication and coordination skill.
- Analytical and detailed oriented.
