Tools & GSE Supervisor

Job Description

1. Prepare the tools/equipment as per Trax Planned Tasks before check

induction and send it to Tool Cage at respective Operation Line

(support by contract labor)

2. Collect and return the tools/equipment as per Trax Planned Tasks upon

tasks completion updated by Operation Line In-Charge (support by

contract labor)

3. Perform regular inspections, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of

tools and equipment.

4. Identify and report tools requiring repair, replacement, or upgrades.

5. Provide technical support on specialized tooling and ensure proper

handling and operation.

6. Act as a resource for troubleshooting and resolving tooling-related

issues.

7. Maintenance of Aircraft Tripod Jacks, Axle/Crocodile Jacks, Scissors

Lifts with the assistance of labour contractors

8. Basic servicing and troubleshooting of Hydraulic Rigs

9. Servicing of Towbars, Wheel Brake Dollys

10. Liaise with contractors for troubleshooting of electrical equipment &

vehicles; Frequency Converters, Diesel Generators, Mobile Aircon,

Forklift, Nordco, Boomlift, GPUs.

11. Incoming tools inspection for new tools introduction/delivery

12. Monitor and ensure compliance with labor contract staffing activities.

13. Such other duties as assigned by the Superior

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Mechatronic.

• At least 2 years' experience working in manufacturing

environment.

• Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia & English

• Good knowledge of extrusion machine is advantages

• Good interpersonal skills, good in communication good

emergency response.
