  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Deliver first-level support with a smile (and a sharp mind). Accurately record all inquiries into IT Service Management (ITSM) systems. Uphold service standards: answer calls within 15 seconds, respond to emails within 15 minutes, and aim for 90% monthly service level. Rotate through shift duties (including after-hours) and ensure all tickets are followed through until resolution. Flag customer feedback or business opportunities to the team lead—your voice matters here! ### We’re Looking For: Diploma or certificate in IT or a related field (yes, fresh grads are welcome!).
