- Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and preparing required regulatory reports.
- Collaborating with other departments (e.g., operations, sales, human resources) to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) may be preferred.
- Proven experience in accounting, with a minimum of 10 years in a progressive accounting role, including supervisory experience.
