Assistant Trade Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Merchandising Strategies
Assist in designing and executing innovative merchandising, shelf management, and category-building strategies through strategic collaboration with key retailers/accounts.
Enhance In-Store Visibility and Impact
Create compelling Point of Sale (POS) materials based on shopper insights to maximize visibility and engagement at the "first moment of truth."
Training and Coordination
Organize training sessions and coordinate with the sales team, promoters, and merchandisers to bridge skill and knowledge gaps in trade marketing.
Support Business Growth and Process Optimization
Assist in refining and delivering business processes to align with the company’s evolving growth and expansion objectives.
Qualifications
Functional/Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Trade Activations, fair knowledge of AC Nielsen application, fair knowledge of Sales operation, OTJ Training.
- Trade Marketing experience is mandatory and experience in marketing & sales will be an added advantage for this role.
- Conversation with presentation and analysis tools, including Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
- Possess working knowledge of retail and consumer industry.
- Interpersonal skills, Idea generations, Coaching skills.
- Project management and Analytical skills.
Years of Experience
- 4+ plus FMCG experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Trade Marketing experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with a FMCG company. Possess working knowledge of retail and consumer industry.
